Customer Service Representative

Job ID: 0045-008 Industry: Clerical/Office Support Pay Rate: $11.00/hour

Currently looking for a Customer Service Rep to fill a position with an Insurance Department. Interested candidates will have professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude with experience as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

  • Work closely with borrowers, agents and lenders.
  • Handle data entry and process insurance information.
  • Work within a team environment where passion and dedication to clients is priority.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve issues.
  • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Enjoy working with others
  • Strong communicator with demonstrated phone skills and etiquette
  • Excellent problem solving skills
