Financial Case Manager | $14.90 - $16.83/hour (Performance Review after being Hired on to the Company)
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
A non-profit organization in Sioux City is hiring a highly organized Financial Case Manager with excellent time management skills and superior communication skills to join their growing team. This Financial Case Manager is responsible assisting clients with benefit information, collaboration; providing ongoing financial counseling; and shielding clients from abuse and exploitation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain budgets for clients
- Collaborate with other community resources to provide financial counseling
- Serve as a liaison to monitor and maintain clients’ eligibility for benefits
- Ability to maintain an organizational system to track all reports and issues
- Ability to complete time sensitive reports
- Ability to develop and maintain workable budget for clients
Requirements:
- BA in Human Services/related field or former work experience in similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to work with a team and independently
- Problem solving skills
- Experience working with populations with mental illness
- Efficient computer skills
