IT Support Specialist/Network Administrator

Sioux City Area, IA | Full Time

The successful candidate will come from a professional environment.

  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve network problems.
  • Configure, install, support and monitor a wide range of corporate hardware and software solutions.
  • Provide a variety of technical support services for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certification in one or more of following preferred:  MCSA, MCSE, CCNP, CCNA, VCAP-DCA.
  • 3+ years’ experience in IT technical support capacity supporting a network of 50+ users.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Full range of experience supporting Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems.
  • Cisco or VMware experience a plus.
  • Solid tenure and job progression.
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
