Restoration Estimator | $20+DOE

Monday–Friday 8am-5pm with occasional overtime as needed. 

Local restoration company in the South Sioux City, NE is looking for a restoration manager to join their team. This position works both independently and, on a team, estimate emergency services and remodeling services for residential and commercial properties.  This is a great opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable full-service restoration company. Responsibilities:

• Meet operational objectives of: Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience.
• Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most.
• Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, requiring evening and weekend point of contact for any new losses, as determined by the rotating schedule.
• Clearly communicate expectations with project manager and adjuster, onsite as needed
• Establish relationships with business owners, insurance professionals, and TPA's
• Ensure project completes within profit range and service level agreements are hit
• Profitably scope estimates sign projects to get started.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work.
• Loves working people and enjoys estimating software.
• Proficient with variety of current technology.
• Ability to read, write and speak English. Bi-Lingual a Plus.
• Must have clean background.
• Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
• Must be able to work independently and organize tasks.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and stand for 8-10 hours.
• Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility.
• Sound planning and organizational skills.
