A local appliance store in the Sheldon, IA area is searching for an ambitious, punctual, and hard working individual to join their team in Appliance Sales and Installation Specialist. The Appliance Sales Specialist is responsible for maintaining guest service, generating appliance sales and completing installation, merchandising, store cleanliness, signage and pricing, as well as assisting with the delivery and installation of appliances. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest services by providing a guest friendly environment 
• Maintaining product knowledge
• Merchandise promotions, test merchandise and current promotional advertisements
• Assist in store housekeeping
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and practices including loss prevention
• Communicate guest request to management
• Assist with delivery and installation Appliances 

Requirements:

• Consistent positive and can do attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable on company software and software support 
• High level customer focus
• High School Diploma or GED
• Prefer 1 or more years of sales and customer service experience

What you’ll get:
