Human Resource Generalist

Currently seeking a HR Generalist to coordinate the primary functions including recruitment and retention, employee relations, compliance and safety for an industry leader!

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist position:

  • Conducts new hire on-boarding and enrollment meetings.
  • Manages job posting process, ensuring appropriate paperwork for all positions.
  • Provides employee relations counseling and problem solving for managers and employees to ensure a cohesive work environment, consistent with company values and adheres to state and federal laws.
  • Employee recruitment for all positions.

Requirements of the HR Generalist position:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field required.
  • Previous 10 or 30 hours OSHA course preferred.
  • Proficient with employment laws and ethics.
  • Preferred 4 years minimum experience in an HR position.
