$12-$15/hr DOE Starting Pay, Hours include 8:00am-5:00pm!

 

Aventure Staffing is currently seeking to fill an Office Manager position for our client in Spencer, IA! The Office Manager position will be responsible for general office duties

 

Responsibilities of the Office Manager position:

  • Compile and accurately record confidential information
  • Monitor and maintain facility bank accounts, deposits and other general banking duties
  • Maintain account receivables
  • Maintain payroll and time clock information
  • Manage the reception area to ensure effective phone and mail communications
  • Other clerical duties such as sorting mail, filing, etc.

Requirements of the Office Manager position:

  • Associate's degree in business management or related field is preferred
  • Must have previous office management experience
