Medical Office Clerk

$16/hour

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

This position works both independently and, on a team, to provide clerical support, schedule appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service to each guest on the phone and in person.  This is a great opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable medical office in the area.  Apply now while this position is available!

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and routing calls 
• Scheduling appointments 
• Checking patients in/out
• Filing and scanning documents

Requirements:

• Previous work history in a medical office and/or medical diploma or certificate is strongly preferred 
• Bilingual is a plus
• No less than 1 year of working office experience 
• Strong computer and communication skills
• High School Diploma and/or GED
• Patience and discretion
