Paralegal

$20 + /hour DOE

Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm (Overtime possible)

As a paralegal, you would be responsible for drafting documents, client interviews, case planning, development and management, and legal research. We would love to hear from you. Apply now!

Responsibilities:

• Processing medical bills/records, transcription from dictation, and drafting documents
• Work with lawyer’s trust account, including writing checks and balancing the sub-account
• Filing  
• Screenings (over the phone and email)
• Data entry
• Occasional Cash handling

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• One year minimum Legal Office experience is required
• Typing minimum of 60 w.p.m
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience with workers’ compensation, personal injury, or social security disability is a plus
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
