Maintenance Technician | Wage depends on experience
Monday – Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm, Overtime may be available!
Love working on machines, equipment and facility maintenance? A manufacturing company in Sutherland, IA is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their growing team! This position works diligently in a manufacturing warehouse assisting with the general upkeep and repairs to the machines, equipment, and facilities. This is a great opportunity to work with a long-term, reputable manufacturing company in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Performs preventative maintenance procedures on machines, equipment, and facility property
- Completes daily checklists of maintenance activities
- Sets up and operates machines to ensure they are operating correctly
- Replaces worn out/damaged parts
- Inventory and requisition parts, equipment, etc. to ensure supplies and back stock are available
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Ability to work 8-12 hour days depending on needs
- Plumbing, electrical, welding experience strongly encouraged
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as a team
