Service Technician | $20 - $30+/hour Depending on experience plus potential bonus
Mon - Fri, 7:30 AM - 5 PM with some evenings & weekends as needed
Excellent Service Technician opportunity with a busy, multi-location, reputable equipment dealer to join their growing team. They will be working on agricultural & construction equipment both in the shop and out in the field. Responsibilities of Service Technician will include:
- Perform basic/complex diagnostics for ag & construction equipment to determine repairs needed
- Accurately complete all documentation associated with parts & services performed
- Review productivity reports with Service Manager and meet company efficiency & recovery goals
- Participate in all job related training & development courses as assigned by Service Manager
- Account for all time on a time card and for all material used in performing service & repair
Service Technician Requirements:
- Multiple years of technician experience working on ag & construction equipment
- Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Excellent skills in operating vehicle & equipment used for diagnostic purposes
- Energetic, motivated self-starter, team-oriented with positive attitude & desire to provide excellent customer service
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have own tools
