IT/Systems Support Specialist | $45 - $50k DOE
Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P

Responsibilities of IT/Systems Support Specialist will include:
- Assist in being responsible for day-to-day management and maintenance of all technology related functions of the company
- Partner and work with other team members to provide help desk support to end users on a variety of things including all databases, software, and equipment
- Responsible for managing all new hire desktop setup for all team members
- Assist in a variety of projects related to integration and equipment upgrades
- Work with a team to deliver on the company’s goals and initiatives
- Assist in deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrades, documentation, and support of all IT & Business (SaaS, laaS, PaaS, DRaaS,etc) systems including servers, PC’s, operations systems, phones, printers, and software applications.
- Provide after-hours support for planned maintenance, perform on-call emergency support and weekend rotation
- Other duties as assigned by manager
IT/Systems Support Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or Computer Science
- 3 years of experience working as System Support, IT Administration/help desk support or equivalent role
- Must be a self-starter with ability to operate equally well as an individual and in a team environment
- Ability to dynamically shift at a rapid pace between tasks depending on ever-changing business needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must be well-organized with the ability to handle competing demands and keep up with multiple deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers
