IT/Systems Support Specialist | $45 - $50k DOE
Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P

Responsibilities of IT/Systems Support Specialist will include: 

  • Assist in being responsible for day-to-day management and maintenance of all technology related functions of the company  
  • Partner and work with other team members to provide help desk support to end users on a variety of things including all databases, software, and equipment
  • Responsible for managing all new hire desktop setup for all team members
  • Assist in a variety of projects related to integration and equipment upgrades
  • Work with a team to deliver on the company’s goals and initiatives
  • Assist in deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrades, documentation, and support of all IT & Business (SaaS, laaS, PaaS, DRaaS,etc) systems including servers, PC’s, operations systems, phones, printers, and software applications.
  • Provide after-hours support for planned maintenance, perform on-call emergency support and weekend rotation
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

IT/Systems Support Specialist Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or Computer Science
  • 3 years of experience working as System Support, IT Administration/help desk support or equivalent role
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to operate equally well as an individual and in a team environment
  • Ability to dynamically shift at a rapid pace between tasks depending on ever-changing business needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be well-organized with the ability to handle competing demands and keep up with multiple deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers
