3^rd Shift Downstream Technician

10pm-6am, OT as needed

$20/Hr + $2 shift bonus

The Downstream Technician is responsible for operating machinery, packaging, labeling and visual inspection of products while maintaining quality standards during overnight shifts. This position supports uninterrupted production schedules while ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform final visual inspections and label all finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Utilize standard operating procedures to package pipe products for delivery to customers.
• Assist Line Operators with line start-ups, shutdowns, tooling changeovers, and downstream equipment setup.
• Track the quantity of units produced to ensure production goals are met.
• Maintain a safe working environment by consistently using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team; basic mathematical skills.
• Experience preferred but not required; previous industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including twisting, bending, reaching, and standing for 8–12-hour shifts.
