3rd Shift Production
Mon–Thurs 8:30pm-6:30am
$19.00 plus $2.00/hr shift premium
The Production Worker will be responsible for various tasks within the manufacturing and production process. This includes the assembly, inspection, and packaging of products while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained. The role is crucial in achieving the company’s production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established guidelines.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality control standards.
- Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of products.
- Monitor product quality during the production process and make adjustments when necessary.
- Ensure that all products meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or malfunctions in the production process to management.
- Assist with the setup and changeover of production lines and equipment as required.
- Follow company protocols for handling materials, tools, and products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (depending on the job).
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
