Account Executive
Pay $68k+ DOE

Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and leveraging our existing database.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer challenges and position our power washers, accessories, maintenance plans, and/or services as the optimal solution.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations (which may involve some light operation of equipment).
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Achieve and consistently exceed agreed upon goals.
- Prepare professional, accurate quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on power washing industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of successful experience in B2B or B2C field sales, preferably selling equipment, industrial/commercial services, or related products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a book of business.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel depending on business needs.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Technical aptitude or a basic understanding of mechanical equipment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary $68k+ depending on experience, plus bonus potential.
