Accounting Specialist l $17-$19/hr. DOE

M-F 8a-5p

An established publishing company in the Sheldon, IA area is hiring an Accounting Specialist to join their team! This Accounting Specialist will maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing payments for multiple companies. 

Responsibilities:

• AP/AR
• Journal entries
• Use of QuickBooks online
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Use of Pre1, an industry specific software
• Solid understanding of debits and credits
• Preference given for fuel tax reporting experience

Requirements: 

• Associates degree or equivalent experience

Benefits & Pay:

• $18/hr. + DOE
• Paid every Friday
