Administrative Assistant | $17 per hour
Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
A local seed Warehouse is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team! Office experience is required!
Responsibilities:
- Able to work with people
- Manage Timeclock
- Print and sign timecards
- Microsoft Office-Excel Spreadsheets, Word, and Outlook
- Communicate with the Plant Manager and HR Director
- Assist Site Supervisor with daily duties
- Send out attendance emails
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have office experience
- Must have computer experience
- Experience with spreadsheets-Excel, Word and Outlook
- Customer Service
- Reliable and competent
- Able to take direction
