Part Time- Mondays and Tuesdays 4am- 230pm
A local Hatchery in Bancroft, IA is looking for production workers to assist their growing company. As a Production Worker, you are responsible for transferring and boxing baby chicks.

Responsibilities:
- Regular inspection of eggs/chicks while incubating.
- Transfer baby chicks and prepare for shipment.
- Regular sanitation of equipment and facilities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs frequently.
- Ability to lift approx. 13 to 30lbs over the shoulders/head repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.

- Starting Pay: $16.50/hr.
