Sales/Delivery Associate

$20-25/hour

Monday-Friday, 7AM-5:30PM

Saturday 7AM - Noon (rotating)

A local leader in selling and distribution of agriculture Premix and Vet Supply is hiring a Sales/Delivery Associate to join their team! This position works to ensure the customer service experience is personable and detail oriented for existing and new customer coming in to the store.  This is a great opportunity to work with an established company in the Storm Lake, IA area! 

Responsibilities:

• Work with retail customers, both in-store and over the phone, to understand their needs.
• High emphasis on both sales and customer service relationships with customers.
• Process sales orders and invoice them to the correct customer accounts.
• Learn all products we sell to improve customer experience and become an expert in our industry.
• Understand that our parts department is not just here to sell parts but we are also engaged in building long-term customer relationships.
• Properly operate office equipment, handle payment transactions, and efficiently utilize computer operating systems
• Assemble and repair equipment sold in the store.
• Assist in delivery route for busy delivery days.
• Demonstrate a willingness to perform any daily task as assigned

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is strongly preferred
• Be able to identify and handle problems in a timely manner
• Responds quickly to customer needs
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs +
• Must have a willingness to work with various people and fulfill other tasks as needed.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment
