Machine Operator
$23/hr
1st shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p, some Saturdays
Our client, a well-established facility has been in business for over 65 years. They are dairy producers and nutritionists, delivering top-tier, high-bypass soybean protein to support high-producing dairy cows. They produce a product formulated with soy gums, lecithin, and phospholipids to enhance bypass protein and amino acid digestibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and watch machines to make sure they are working properly
- Read and follow instructions to understand what needs to be made and how to make it
- Test product for moisture density
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
