Welder -$15-20/hr DOE           Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

 Aventure is looking for experienced and entry-level welders! Welders work independently to weld on a variety of metals to be assembled into the manufacturers products. 

 With only a few positions open, seeking dedicated individuals with great work ethic! Great pay, amazing benefits, and job stability! 

Responsibilities:

• Determine required equip and weld methods for project
• Perform Aluminum MIG Arc Welding (AMAW) on fixtures, parts, and ramps
• Analyze drawings, specs, work orders to plan layout
• Mathematical Skills. You need relatively good math skills to be a great welder
• Attention to Detail 
• Steady Hands and Good Hand-Eye Coordination
• Physical Strength and Endurance 
• Good Communication and Teamwork Abilities
• Work area must be maintained as clean and organized
• Recognize obvious defective or damaged parts, incorrect sizes, faulty workmanship and general quality
• Responsible for notifying the lead or manager of the need for equipment repair
• Recognize and be conscious of finished trailers' quality, tolerance, and accuracy

Requirements:

• Aluminum welding
• Learn how to examine for defects and measure to specs
• Read and complete quality control checklists
• Operate safety equip and maintain good housekeeping practices
• Read a tape measure and follow a job order
• Ability to read blueprints
