Assembly Worker | $19.00 per hour

6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday.  Extended hour when customer demands require.

Aventure is assisting a company in Emmetsburg, IA to hire an Assembly Worker.  We are looking for someone that will work with the rest of the manufacturing team by assembling jobs at workstations. This position is responsible for assembling different products and assisting other departments as necessary. Assembly work will involve working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Self-Motivated with excellent attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
• Needs to be a team player
• Perform general cleanup of work area
• Ability to read and understand CAD drawings
• Excellent mechanical proficiency
• Ability to perform light quality control to ensure products are built correctly
• Must be able to shift priorities easily
• Demonstrate positive work habits and develop good working relationships with teammates
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 75 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. frequently
• Ability to stand 8+ hours per day
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Winter hours 7am-3:30pm
  • Summer hours 6am-2:30pm -
