Salary: $60,000–$80,000/year, based on experience
About the Role:
Join Crysteel Truck Equipment, Inc. as a Paint Manager and lead a skilled team in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. You’ll oversee workflow, manage staff, and ensure top-quality finishes while supporting growth and safety in the paint department.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and schedule paint department staff
Hire and conduct performance reviews
Assign and prioritize work to meet quality and deadline standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop
Coordinate with customers and insurance companies for quotes and repairs
Qualifications:
2+ years in automotive paint industry
Supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and technology
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
