Customer Experience Agent

$15/Hr DOE

Monday - Thursday 7AM-6PM & Friday 7AM-5PM

A prominent company is looking for a Customer Experience Agent who can transfer calls, address customer inquires and give excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints
  • Gather Customer Feedback
  • Work with Internal Teams to enhance product services
  • Order fulfillment, post-purchase support
  • Maintain a high level of parts knowledge to confidently assist customers

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
