Customer Experience Agent

$16.50-$20 Per Hour, DOE

 Mon- Thurs 7am-6pm  Fri 7am-12pm  NO WEEKENDS! 

A well established company with over 80 years of experience is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Experience Agent to join their team. This company is the largest supplier of remanufactured engines and salvaged ATV/UTV parts in the industry, and they need someone with a passion for customer service who thrives in a fast-pasted environment to elevate customers' experience with their company.  The Customer Experience Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).  The ideal candidate will be able to work 40 hours a week with minimal absences. Bilingual a plus but not required. 

Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the customer journey
• Gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and work with internal teams to enhance products and services
• Guide customers through troubleshooting, order fulfillment, and post-purchase support, while ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain a high level of parts knowledge to confidently assist customers

Requirements:      

•  High school diploma or GED
•  Proven experience in a customer-service role
•  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•  Proficient computer skills (ability to type at least 32 WPM)
•  Strong organizational and time management abilities
•  A proactive, team-oriented mindset
