Bilingual Counter Associate - $20.00/hr.

Mon-Fri, 7:30a – 5:30p

A local automotive repair facility is looking for a Bilingual Counter Associate to join their team. As a Counter Associate, you will be responsible for scheduling, customer service, and other administrative tasks, in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
• Utilize computer software to input customer information.
• Assist with scheduling repairs.
• Assist customers with U-Haul rentals.
• Complete customer cash and credit transactions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must be able to communicate positively with employees, supervisors, staff and customers.
• Must be able to use computers and other common office equipment.
• Ability to utilize basic math to complete customer cash transactions
