Bilingual HR Generalist

We are partnering with a leading agricultural company to find a Bilingual HR Generalist. This role will primarily drive the full-cycle Talent Acquisition strategy for both field and corporate positions and manage all Employee Relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive environment within the unique demands of the Ag industry.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary partner for the leadership team and employees, focusing on employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, compliant work environment aligned with company values.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO) through policy management, accurate HRIS maintenance, and advisory support for managers on performance matters.
- Drive HR excellence by tracking key metrics.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for operational roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing (attending college/recruitment events), interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with TA team and other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages is a must!
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar field or related field experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and policy development and implementation preferred.
- Experience in agricultural or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with ADP is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and independent with a proven ability to take initiative.
