Bilingual Insurance Agent - REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!
Salary Range:  $2500/month; $30,000/year base pay + potential commission $42,000- $148,00 per year!

Monday – Friday Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Engaging clients assessing needs and recommending customized solutions
• Educating, and resolving inquires
• Identifying opportunities to expand coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Generating leads: web, warm calls, cold calls, networking events, and other marketing

Requirements:

• Licensing: active Iowa Property & Casualty License is a plus but not required (ability to obtain)
• Bilingual (read, write, and speak English and Spanish) 
• Previous Sales experience in a similar position is strongly preferred
• Committed to meeting and exceeding client needs
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal)
• Patience, persistence, and adaptable
• Efficient technical proficiency – CRM tools and communication platforms

Compensation and Benefits:
