Bilingual Production Lead 

$20/hr + Shift Differential
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00pm–12:00am

We are hiring immediately for a Bilingual 2nd Shift Production Lead in Sibley, IA! This hands-on leadership role at a well-established production facility lets you work directly with the team to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while earning weekly pay and a shift differential. Leadership, reliability, and a strong work ethic are what matter most!

Responsibilities:

• Help supervise, train, and coach production team members to meet daily production goals
  • Monitor production efficiency and workflow while ensuring compliance with OSHA and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot production issues, including drying and blending processes
  • Complete accurate daily documentation including production, downtime, and quality reports
  • Assign daily tasks, manage breaks, and communicate effectively with other departments and leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
