Bilingual Recruiter
$24+ per hour
Join our client's People Ops team as a Bilingual Recruiter! You’ll be responsible for identifying and hiring high-quality candidates across all levels of the organization. This role is perfect for a sourcing expert who can use their bilingual skills to fill niche roles, collaborate with leadership, and help maintain a positive, growth-oriented company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and provide data-driven sourcing strategies.
- Drive employer branding through event attendance and internal culture programs.
- Assist in developing accurate job profiles and managing departmental strategic projects.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, upholding corporate reputation and employee relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages is a must!
- High school diploma, or GED equivalent required. Advanced degree in related field preferred.
- Experience in recruiting a plus.
- Regulatory & HR Best Practice proficient
- Microsoft office experience
- Able to multi-task
Salary & Benefits:
- Hourly: $24-$26 per hour, depending on experience.
