Bookkeeper
$20 - $30/hour based on experience
Monday - Friday, working 8 hours – day shift – flexible scheduling (Business hours are 7am-6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices/collecting past due invoices
• General ledger analysis and reconciliation
• Bi-monthly payroll processes/prepare filing of all payroll related returns
• Administration of Benefits/new hire paperwork
• Prepare calculation of sales tax and returns preparation
• Monitor A/P, A/R, and inventory

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related field is preferred
• 5 + years of accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20.00-$30.00/hour based on experience
• Paid every Friday
