Aventure Staffing is looking for an energetic professional to join our team as a Branch Manager in Norfolk, NE!
Ready to lead a dynamic team and drive growth in the fast-paced staffing industry? We're seeking a highly motivated Staffing Branch Manager to oversee our Aventure Staffing operations in Norfolk, NE. This is a key leadership position responsible for team management, business development, and achieving branch targets.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and hiring candidates for local companies!
- Interviewing applicants, data entry, processing hiring paperwork, drug screening, coaching and counseling.
- Develop and maintain client company relationships.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience
- Staffing experience
- Experience in establishing and maintaining client relations
- Proficient in basic computer skills including typing/data entry, MS Office, internet and email usage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills that show professionalism and competence.
- Track record of being self-motivated in previous positions.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is insurable by Aventure.

- Starting Pay: $50k/yr DOE plus bonus potential
