Business Development
$45k+ DOE plus commission
Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and business development to expand our market reach. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities of Business Development:
- Seek out and conduct research on potential clients
- Cold calling potential clients
- Coordinate meetings between internal staff and clients
- Maintain contact with active client base
- Assist with documentation and compliance efforts
- Ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Understand and assist Branch Managers with sales planning
- Assist with creating recruiting and marketing plans
- Attend networking events and community activities as needed

Hours: Monday - Friday | Days
Requirements of Business Development:
- Previous business-to-business / outside sales experience.
- High School diploma or GED required; plus an Associate’s Degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in basic computer skills including typing/data entry, MS Office, internet and email usage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills that show professionalism and competence.
- Strong organization and follow through.
- Track record of ability to work autonomously and self-motivated to deliver results.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is insurable by Aventure.
- Willing to travel 2-3 days per week.
