CNC Machinist
Mon–Thurs 5:00am – 3:00pm
$22.25 - $30.43/hr + $2.00/hr shift premium depending upon experience and skills testing.
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with strong attention to detail. In this role you would be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare CNC machines for production runs, including installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Operate CNC machines, monitoring performance throughout the production process to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, input or modify CNC programs as necessary.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure reliable operation.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
