CNC Maintenance Technician

$19.82-$22.50/hr. DOE + $3.00/hr. night shift differential and weekly attendance bonus!!!

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician with experience working with CNC’s and servos? If so, this position is for you!! An expanding Machine and Tool Company is looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join their team. The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for planning and managing the maintenance process to reduce mechanical downtime, ensuring production is operating at maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct maintenance in the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Work directly with equipment manufacturers on troubleshooting machines to reduce downtime.
• Ensure maintenance is scheduled timely; work closely with Production to schedule and complete repairs.
• Develop, implement, and manage day-to-day supervision of maintenance processes and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a maintenance role is required.
• Experience with CNC, servo motors, and hydraulics/pneumatics is preferred.
• Working knowledge of machine components and integration.
