CNC Operator 
$17-$19/hr Depending on Experience
Shift Available – Mon- Fri: 7:45am - 4:15pm 

Are you a CNC Operator looking for an exciting new job opportunity? If so, this position is for you!!  A local manufacturing facility is looking for a CNC Operator to join their team! As a CNC Operator you are to operate equipment throughout the secondary operations, in compliance with established company production processes and policies, to achieve output needed to meet scheduled production job requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Verify accuracy of the finished item compared to part specifications.
• Set up table, tooling, and fixtures per job specifications
• Review manufacturing drawings and specifications to assist planning the secondary process.
• Perform CNC operations as needed per job specifications.
• Maintain table, tooling, and fixtures in good working order
• Input accurate time keeping and production records utilizing Epicor’s MES system
• Perform Secondary Work functions for products as needed
• Perform filling voids and patching ends as needed per established processes
• Complete chamfering and routing as required for pre - CNC operations
• Perform filling voids and patching ends as needed per established processes
• Move finished goods from secondary operations to receiving area
• Perform routing operations as needed per job specifications.
• Perform embossing operations as needed per job specifications.
• Maintain embosser in good working order
• Perform drill operations as needed per job specifications.
• Maintain jig’s, tooling, and fixtures in good working order
• Perform cutting operations as needed per job specifications.
• Move finished goods from secondary operations to receiving area
• Verify satisfactory completion of job specifications / requirements
• Verify that stock and/or materials used match per job specifications
• Ensure that production processes and finished goods meet the company’s standards for Quality.
• Maintain efficiency and safety standards per job requirements.
• Perform any other task or work assignment that may be delegated from time to time by management.

Requirements:
• Ability to use measuring devices/tools to verify that finished goods meet the job specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, carry, pull and push to perform job requirements.
• Mechanical ability sufficient to troubleshoot minor issues.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawing and job specifications.   
• Ability to obtain valid operators license for operating lift trucks.    
• Ability speak, read, and write in English to perform essential duties.
