Class A or B Driver – Local Hauls
Monday–Friday, Day Shifts Only (No Nights or Weekends)
Starting at $19/hr and up, based on experience.
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Class A or Class B CDL Driver for local hauls with a consistent Monday through Friday, daytime schedule—no nights or weekends required. The ideal candidate will have experience with local or regional deliveries, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. This position offers home-daily routes with competitive hourly pay starting at $19/hr and up, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A or B commercial vehicle
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer paperwork.
- Communicate with dispatch for routing and scheduling.
- Follow all DOT, local, and company safety regulations.
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers
- Report any issues with vehicle or deliveries promptly.
- Be able to lift heavy items frequently
- Handle manual transmission vehicles with proficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while on the road.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being operated.
- Have air brake endorsement
- Proven experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with operating manual transmission vehicles.
- Be reliable with good attendance history
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Be able to work in a variety of seasonal climates
