Clubhouse Manager | $12,000 Per year (part time/seasonal)
The Aurelia Golf Club is seeking a Clubhouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our golf course clubhouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while managing clubhouse staff, coordinating events, and maintaining a welcoming environment for members and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clubhouse operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage, hire, and train clubhouse staff.
- Coordinate and execute special events, tournaments, and private functions.
- Develop and manage clubhouse budgets, including forecasting revenue, controlling costs, and
monitoring financial performance. - Maintain inventory levels for the clubhouse, including food, beverages, and golf-related merchandise.
- Ensure that the clubhouse is clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked at all times.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote the golf course and clubhouse services to increase membership and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or golf course management is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.
- Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory systems.
- Ability to receive and implement feedback
