24.00 - 40.00/hour DOE | Day shift | 6:00am - 2:30pm | Monday - Friday

Aventure Staffing is looking for a hard-working, experienced Auto Body Painter and Repair Tech for our client in Lake Crystal MN. Anybody that loves working in the automotive industry is encouraged to apply. You will be able to work for a great company and grow your skills in the auto industry.  

Responsibilities:

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately with limited supervision
• Assemble and disassemble vehicles for paint
• Mask, sand and scuff vehicles
• Mix and match paint
• Prime, Paint, and Seal trucks and equipment
• Body Work
• Panel replacements
• Welding
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year automotive paint experience
• Mechanical Knowledge and Welding Experience
• Able to stand the majority of the day
• Requires lifting up to 75 lbs
• Must be energetic and have a good eye for detail
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English with customers, and co-workers
• Prefer a 2 year degree in auto/body collision repair or 2 years experience in a body shop
• Must have your own small hand tools
