Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager 
Mon - Fri, 7:30 A - 5:30 PM with overtime as needed
Pay Rate:  Depends on Experience

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop accurate and competitive estimates for new and existing commercial HVAC systems, using industry-standard software.
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to understand project requirements, identify opportunities, and develop optimal solutions.
  • Design efficient and cost-effective HVAC systems, considering factors such as building size, budget, and energy efficiency.
  • Manage all aspects of commercial HVAC projects, from initial proposal to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, technicians, and installers, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Proactively manage project timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed of any potential issues or changes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best materials and equipment at competitive prices.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating and project management.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design principles, equipment selection, and installation practices.
  • Proficiency in estimating software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  •  Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Ideal candidate will have EPA 608 certification, Iowa Journey person/Master Mechanical License.
