Construction Worker             

M-F 8am-5pm

$20/hr

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Worker specializing in door and window installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing interior and exterior doors and windows on residential and commercial construction projects. The role requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.
• Remove old windows/doors and prepare openings for new installations.
• Install hardware such as locks, hinges, handles, and weather stripping.
• Seal and insulate window and door openings to ensure energy efficiency and weatherproofing.
• Ensure accurate leveling and alignment during installation.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience installing doors and windows (residential and/or commercial).
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, levels, and measuring equipment.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and installation techniques.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials, stand, kneel, and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (may be required).

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20/hour
• Paid every Friday
