Continuous Improvement Leader - 75k-100k+ DOE (On-Site)

An established manufacturing plant in Wayne, NE who is a leader in their industry is hiring a dynamic Continuous Improvement Leader to join their team. The Continuous Improvement Leader mentors operations staff and support leaders in Lean deployment and implementation and supports change management in the facility.

You'll want to be part of this experienced leadership team that operates with high integrity!

Responsibilities:

• The leader in Lean implementation
• Establish processes that detect, record and reduce waste
• Coach leadership and line workers in processes and establish a culture of continuous improvement
• Coordinate lean metric reporting and provide feedback to managers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 3+ years experience in engineering/mfg field
• Strong process focused thinking and mentality
• Proficient in MS Office
• History of problem solving ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork
