Currently seeking a Controller for a financial institution that strives to help people succeed financially in meeting their goals and contributes to the overall success of it's already established locations!


Responsibilities of the Controller position:

  • Management of the bank's capital, liquidity and interest rate risk components.
  • Cost control, negotiations of vendor contracts, risk insurance coverage evaluations, and relative profitability goals comparisons.
  • Management of accounting, fiscal reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis functions of the bank's practices in a timely and accurate manner.


Requirements of the Controller position:

  • Banking experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in an accounting or financial based curriculum.
  • 6-9 years experience with responsibility of management.
  • Strong computer skills along with working knowledge of legal and regulatory banking compliance.
