Bean Crush Operator | $21-23/hour

Rotating schedule openings on both days and nights (6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00PM-6:00AM)

A small, family owned soybean processing plant in Cherokee, IA is looking for Bean Crush Operators to join their growing team. This Bean Crush Operator works on a team to monitor and adjust parameters while processing soybeans. This position will require working in a variety of environments including outdoors when necessary.   • Adjust equipment to maintain a uniform flow of materials
  • Monitor all phases of bean crushing and refining
  • Keep records of material processed
  • Perform general labor, housekeeping, and sanitation responsibilities as required


  • Mechanically inclined
  • Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
  • Must have great attitude and be willing to try new things
