Custodian 

$15/hr

Are you looking for a part-time job to earn some extra money? If so this could be your opportunity!  An established corporation in the Sheldon, Iowa area is looking for a part time custodian! No more than 15 hours per week. Days worked are: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday with the availability to pick your own hours! 

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas 
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Notify supervisor of any maintenance repair needs or inventory needs 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames 

Benefits & Pay:

• $15.00/hr
