Aventure Staffing is currently seeking reliable, hard-working individual to join their production team as a Custom Craftsman in Emmetsburg, IA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark materials to verify dimensions.
- Communicate any discrepancies and inconsistencies of material or work order to the General Manager or the Project Manager.
- Establish the specifications of materials to be constructed or repaired and plan methods and operations for shaping and assembling, based on blueprints and work order instructions.
- Identify and report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the General Manager.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly and safely
- Follow all prescribed safety regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to work both independently and with others
- Ability to communicate clearly with other employees
- Proficient use of both hand and power tools
- Mechanical ability for both large and small equipment
Benefits and Pay:
- $20/hr plus Depending on Experience
