Customer Service Level 2 Rep | $17.05/hour | NO SALES!

Monday – Friday 11:30am – 8pm 

We are hiring a professional and detailed Customer Service Level 2 Rep for one of the largest providers of insurance in the country located in Siouxland. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience, taking inbound and outbound calls verifying information. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team centered and diverse environment. This position is expected to last about 6 months but could go permanent based on performance and need.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound/Outbound calls
• Collecting and verifying information
• Data Entry
• Answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Accurately compose written information
• Reviewing policies for compliance, requirements, and cancelations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Longevity in job history
• Former customer service experience
• Dependable and reliable
• Efficient computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
