Customer Service Representative | $14-$15/hour
Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
A Sioux City area screen printing company is seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed Customer Service Rep who can bridge the gap between their client's visions and print shop floor. You won't just be answering phones—you'll be the air traffic controller for custom print orders from quote to delivery. If you have a passion for taking care of the customer's needs while working in a creative environment they would like to meet you!
Responsibilities:
In-Person Service: Warmly greet walk-in clients, assist with garment and product selection, and take order details.
Phone Communication: Answer incoming calls to answer questions, provide quotes, and update clients on order statuses.
Order Notification: Call, text, or email customers promptly as soon as their completed orders are ready for pickup.
Accurate Order Entry: Type new orders into the system with precise details on garments, artwork, quantities, and print locations.
QuickBooks Management: Create estimates, generate invoices, process payments, and log daily financial transactions accurately.
Proofing & Approvals: Coordinate digital artwork proofs with clients to get timely approval before orders go to production.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, retail, or client-facing role.
Entry-level understanding of basic accounting principles (invoicing, payments, and record-keeping).
Prior experience using QuickBooks for invoicing and payment processing is highly preferred.
Solid overall computer proficiency (tech-savviness and fast typing skills are a major plus!)
