Customer Service Representative
$18 - $20/hr, based on experience
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm - will rotate Saturdays 9a-12 noon once hired onto company and travel to other Siouxland locations when needed

Responsibilities:

• Process transactions, open accounts, answer general questions, and listen to and address customer concerns
• Provide accurate information, and educate customers on products and services offered
• Conduct loan interviews and closings
• Balance receipts and prepare cash summary
• Answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Filing and data entry
• Maintain precise records and balance cash drawers

Requirements:

• College degree is desired
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Similar job experience is preferred – consumer loan and new account experience
• Sales experience
• Proficient computer and mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18.00-$20.00/hour, based on experience
