Downstream Technician

Are you interested in working in the agriculture industry? A well-established plastics manufacturing company in Southern Minnesota is looking for a full time Downstream Technician. You will work along side a great team to produce drainage systems and tiling for the agriculture industry. This is a great opportunity to work for a well established company with room for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging, labeling and visual quality inspection of the product.
- Assist Line Operators with start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changeovers.
- Work safely to ensure the best work environment possible.
- Ability to learn and stay current on product specifications and packaging requirements.
- Work well with a team and meet company goals.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in fluctuating temperatures.
- Ability to stand and be mobile throughout an 12-hour shift.
- Ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods.
- Ability to stand, twist, bend, reach and squat throughout an 12 hour shift.
Benefits & Pay:
- Starting Pay: $20.50/hr.
